The price was good.

It’s under construction. No pool. No breakfast. Bathroom floor tiles are broken, loose and sharp.

The bed were comfortable. The shower was nice.

There was no pool or breakfast, this was promised on the booking. The staff was rude and told me i should be happy with the price i got the room for. This was priced at the same rates around the area of other hotels. We found dirty socks in the room and smashed food under one of the beds.

I didn’t know it was no longer a best western until I arrived. No breakfast available. Did have coffee machine. Under construction. It was clean.

The room was clean, spacious and staff was friendly and helpful

The pool and fitness center being under construction and wasnt aware before booking. Nice for the updates, but I thought the facilities were available during booking.

They need to update the website. Yes they are under construction. Failed to state the pool isn’t available and no breakfast is available. My bathroom door didn’t have a handle to open. The front desk response was well I don’t have a handle to give you. I asked for another room ( on booking.com there were 3 suites available to book) she said no and looks like I had 3 heads. I booked a different hotel for the second night of our stay. The manager came at 230pm the next day with a handle to fix as we were leaving. When I turned in the keys to the front desk they asked why I didn’t ask for a different room. Said I did and was refused. Also the cove covering around the room was failing off and the carpet was pulling up in the corners.

Clean towels when needed, Comfortable beds & towels, Peaceful
