"Great airport hotel"

Great airport hotel - Couldn’t be better positioned, petrol station next door to refuel the hire car, free airport shuttle, good restaurant.

"Deposit on hold"

THe airport hotel Montpellier has still not released our deposit after one nights stay 3 weeks ago. We paid bill in full on departure and emailed the hotel about deposit not returned. Hotel ok to stay wont use it again because of this delay.

Service was poor. The room was below average in terms of comfort. Breakfast was poor. We had to clear and clean our table. Plates, cups and cutlery were not provided. There was only one member of staff working and she seemed to be in a state of confusion. There was insufficient bread, croissants etc. The food was not great.

Room had not been cleaned properly. Potato chips on floor next to bedside table. Shower was almost impossible to use as drain was blocked causing water to flood bathroom floor

A great place to stay for a late flight in to MPL, only a few minutes walk from the airport. The room was big, the bed was comfy, and the shower was good and hot. Staff were nice, and worked with my very limited French!

Close to the airport, clean, room had everything except tea & coffee-making equipment. Staff friendly and helpful, most could speak/understand English. Bar/restaurant on-site is very convenient, a great buffet breakfast is available for 9.50 euros, included cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, pancakes, toast, croissants, yogourt, juices, tea and coffee. Carpets are faded and worn.
