"Exceptional"

Nice hotel walkable from the airport but they have their own shuttle service. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is very good. I stay here frequently.

"Convenient location and excellent service"

Relaxing by the pool, and an excellent dinner were both highlights of our trip. It's also really great that you can walk to the airport in 10 minutes, which is the main reason we selected this hotel, as we had a 6:00 AM flight.

Close to airport with comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. AC worked very well. Rooms are very worn, but comfortable.

"Trapped car"

Very good hotel staff they helped me in an emergency situation. My car was trapped by another car in the parking area and it was panic to take the car to the rental agent before my flight was due.

"Disappointed passenger"

The Hotel proximity was ok...near the Airport but the advertisment stressed 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and that's a lie. It only starts at 5:00am so when you have a 6:00am flight it is very stressful to not even have an hour to check in & prepare for going thru security & your flight. I am an elderly woman alone but the driver refused to help me with my bags & of course the Hotel staff were not available at that hour. Don't advertise that you are a 24 hour hotel if you are not.

"Excellent hotel really near the airport"

We arrived after the restaurant had closed but the chef very kindly made some food for us--a real gentleman. The staff were all great. The breakfast excellent--the coffee fabulous. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in.

We have stayed in this hotel several times till and from vacation in our house in Minervois on our way from home in Norway. If we come late at night they always make some good food to us out of office time when we ask. Very nice personel that do everything for you to have a nice stay . Very good location from the airport- only four minutes to walk. I will really recomend this hotel for a stay in connection with the airport.
