Great location. Nice room arrangement with separate bedroom, living room.

Needs updating! Old timey shower/tub combo - difficult to climb in/over tub side. Mold around tub faucet - yuck! TV was less than ideal- no menu or guide, no descriptions for programs, no way to know exactly what you were watching.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. It was a perfect distance to the arena to watch hocky.

Having to valet for parking. It is very convenient but not cheap. The valet team was very friendly though.

"Great location - Beware of rooms beside elevators"

The location was great as we were there for the Hockey. Also the hotel was generally nice.

The Room pullout bed was very uncomfortable. The biggest issue that we got Zero sleep because we heard the Elevator go up and down all night long. There should be a warning on certain rooms if this is the situation. For the money I paid I was extremely disappointed.

All I got to say is valet was the best they helped and treated me very well, Mo who I’ve seen the most was very nice and quick with grabbing my car and always helped me if I needed anything.
