Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center

We visited the downtown Tampa Embassy location for an event at the convention center for 3 nights. We really enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Steve A. took really good care of the customers and made sure everyone was headed in the right direction. All of the staff was very friendly and professional during our stay.

Location

My room was not ready when I arrived after 4 pm. I was told it would take an hour. I had to be at my event so needed to get into a room. I booked a view. Ingot the carpark The bathrub in the room was all marked Looked didtynand scratched. The check inndidnt tell me there was room service etc

We came to Tampa for the BTS concert, and we were soo exited that while doing the reservation we made wrong dates. So The Dainalee, Rob and Emily helped us to solve the problem. And they were so attentive and kind, with care to every detail. Thank you so much to this people to saving our trip!

We had an amazing experience with this hotel, and I truly want to highlight the incredible service we received. We accidentally booked the wrong dates (a whole month later!), and the situation could have cost us almost $1000 instead of $500. We were honestly very stressed standing at the reception, not knowing what to do. But the team here — especially Dainee, Rob, and Emily — went above and beyond to help us. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about resolving our issue. Thanks to them, we were able to move our reservation to the correct dates and keep the original price. It’s rare to meet people who are not only professional, but also truly empathetic and willing to help. Thank you so much for your support — you made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re really grateful!

We enjoyed our stay as it was in a great location. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were attentive. They offered great food during breakfast and Mr. Steven gave us great services by helping us along the way. Look forward to going back in a few weeks. The only con I would say is the backing up of the water in the shower, but other than that the room was clean and spacious.

It was a great pleasure seeing Mr. Steve, A greeting everyone at breakfast with his big smile. His presence and energy created a very social and social atmosphere with laughter.
