I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, there were ongoing issues that made my visit extremely frustrating. I was moved to three different rooms. The first room was completely unacceptable, with beer cans left behind and an unmade bed. The second room had multiple problems as well—the TV and phone were not working, and there were issues with accessing the room. While I was eventually placed in a third room, the overall experience was exhausting and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the parking lot was in very poor condition, with numerous potholes that made parking difficult and unsafe. During my first visit, there was a lot of snow on the ground, which likely covered these issues, so I didn’t notice them at the time. I reported these problems to staff multiple times—at least three times—but they were not properly resolved. The only person who was truly helpful throughout my stay was the maintenance worker who assisted me. Additionally, I felt undervalued as a guest. When I arrived, I was told there would be a $50 early check-in fee. Once the front desk associate realized I was using points for my stay, her attitude noticeably changed. I was not welcomed or acknowledged as a member, which was disappointing. This was my second stay at this hotel. My first visit was pleasant, but this experience was completely different. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and overall customer service was unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves their service, and addresses the condition of both the rooms and the property.

Room appeared clean but corners were dirty I had to clean a spill and cloth was black fist night in the middle of the night bedframe broke dropping the mattress to the floor waking up and scaring my greatgrandson he wouldn't go back to sleep for hours I called in the morning they moved us but for this experience I feel I should be entitled to a partial refund
