"Have multiple incidents with managers and supervisors and they clearly abuse of their position and power, unacceptable"

The manager and his supervisor are the most unprofessional and rude person I ever encountered in my stays in this hotel and I wonder if they don’t let stay every person that puts a complaint against them, and if they don’t get paid there with them so they can make a profit they will give you the worst room, smh, they even treat they employees with disrespect and abuse of their position and power
