The staff is very helpful and courteous

The phone service is horrible. Phone calls cannot be connected to rooms and the phones in the rooms are old and you can't hear the other party on the other end. There was also alot of static in the phones

The housekeeping staff were always accomodating

During a state of emergency because of snow, the hotel was kicking out people who overstayed the 28 day policy they have. This is NOT a city policy, if they cared to read the actual town charter there are exceptions to this rule. The clean up after snow/ice event is no existant, when several people slipped and fell on the property they did NOTHING, nor did they follow up to see how these peple were doing. They put profits before people. $1200 difference in price while booking with the hotel directly vs. booking.com they pocket the difference. Hotel is in dire need of repairs. Rodents found in multiple rooms, staff did nothing but laugh, didn't even offer to change the rooms. There is elicit drug use and prostitution all over the hotel and the staff does NOTHING. The rooms are not even up to state building code for ADA accessibility and size, your knees should not touch the bathroom door when you use the toilet, there also needs to be mechanical ventilation in the bathroom since most of your windows don't operate. Let's not mention the young lady that was murdered there in late 2025. The hotel is a disaster waiting to happen. AVOID at all costs, there are better hotels in the surrounding area. DON'T waste your money!!
