VIP Executive Azores Hotel

This was a great hotel from the moment I arrived. It is a full service hotel with lots of nice amenities - spa (sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi), pool, gym, tour company, cafe and bar, restaurant, nail salon, restaurant and probably other things I missed. I absolutely loved the sauna and Turkish Baths. After a hectic travel day it was so lovely to relax there. The staff in every part of the hotel was super helpful and kind. In my room I loved having a window I could open all the way, a big counter in the bathroom and even a mini fridge. It was great to have a very large grocery store a block away and only about a mile walk to the tourist area.

If I could change anything, I would suggest rearranging the room so that there was more space between the bed and desk chair. I could barely get into the chair because there wasn't enough space between the chair and the bed. And then when I pushed it in, there was hardly enough room to walk between the chair and the bed. It was quite a large room otherwise so I feel like the desk could have been positioned in another space to allow more comfort. Also, as a tall person, I would suggest the single beds be slightly longer so we don't hang off of them!

Personale a volte scontroso. La cena è un grande no.
