"What the carpet"

It has a 24 hour reception

The carpet most of all! You literally cannot tell if its dirty or if it's just the pattern, so gross! And it's 25min walking distance to downtown.

"Very good hotel, would stay again."

Very nice hotel close to central Ponta Delgada. A lot of parking space next to the hotel. They have a gym. Rooms are spacious. It also has a nice bar with friendly staff. The performance/price ratio is very good.

They gym equipment is a little bit old if it bothers you. Also, there was a constant noise source (possibly some sort of AC) outside of my window, not really big of an issue though.
