A cama era confortável e o tamanho do quarto era bom.

No site mostravam fotos de um quarto com uma grande janela e varanda com uma boa vista. Na realidade deram-nos um quarto com uma pequena janela que dava para a casa das máquinas. Grande publicidade enganosa. O usb da ficha não funcionava. As cortinas blackout não fechavam e estavam rasgadas. A banheira não escoava. O pequeno almoco era um caos. Sala pequena para muita gente e a limpeza das mesas era muito lenta, cheia de mesas desocupadas, mas com restos de pratos e comida.
