Our room was clean well presented and comfortable. Good facilities and excellent choice at breakfast.

Not close to central Funchal.

Gute Lage und super freundliches Personal. Es gab täglich Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gebäck oder Frucht aufs Zimmer. Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar einen ganzen Kuchen.

Die Sauberkeit war etwas vernachlässigt worden. Es gab ein paar Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, sowie vereinzelt Haare. Der Fernseher ist zudem stark veraltet und nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik.

la taille de la chambre , la piscine , le sauna , la localisation. une petite attention a votre arrivée avec une petite bouteille de madere et des petits gateaux. et tous les jours je recevais une petite delicatesse , une viennoiserie, des fruits , une petit gateau a mon retour a la chambre . tres touchant la piscine interieure est magnifique et les transat de grande qualité

le petit dejeuner etait vraiment bas de gamme , les oeufs n'ont pas de gouts , beaucoups de choix mais pas de qualités. les cereales sont dures , les viennoiseries un peu seches , les petits gateaux pas tres qualitatifs il n'y a pas de fontaine d'eau dans les etages le sauna est de qualité avec un super acceuil mais la salle de repos est un peu simple avec un haut parleur qui gresille et une petite huile essentielle serait la bienvenue le prix est tres élevé par rapport aux prestations dommage le parking a 15€ / jour n'est pas inclu dans le prix de la chambre

Nastawienie na duże grupy emerytów, codziennie kilka autokarów, przez co kolejki do wind i na śniadaniu zawsze tłum. Pomimo szerokiego wyboru pozycji w bufecie śniadaniowym, większość pozycji średniej jakości, nastawienie na ilość, a nie jakość.

Localização excelente, quarto confortável com uma boa vista e tudo bastante limpo. Piscinas incríveis.

Os empregados não são assim tão atenciosos e pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor Mas de uma forma geral correu tudo bastante bem!

Honestly, this was the first time I had seen such staff at the reception desk. They had their own very special atmosphere, and I was even afraid to approach them. Dear reception staff, I understand that you have a lot of work and are probably tired of tourists and their silly questions, but we also work hard and save money in order to come to Madeira. So please at least pretend that you are happy to see us.

Nice hotel located about a 30 minute walk from the centre (of sorts!). Rooms are basic but clean and modern. Breakfast is buffet style with a range of options although it can get a little crowded. Small things let it down a bit - accessing the spa was difficult as staff never seemed to be around to enable you to book and when you did get in there are no water facilities, lift space for such a big hotel is limited and issue exacerbated by access via the stairs being locked. Overall a nice hotel that could do with a few small changes. Oh and yes the lack of spoons (or just anything to stir your tea) was weird.....

The hotel staff were very unhelpful after my cancelled flight and I was charged for two nights even tho I ended up only staying for one because the airline changed my new flight. Staff were uninterested in helping me with that
