Everything was good except the parking fee of $34/night was ridiculous and it appears like the hotel is trying to make it up for its reasonably priced nightly rate! And the parking was mostly empty for my entire 1-week stay

"Unauthorized and erroneous smoking detection charge…$500!!"

Was charged $500 for a smoking detection. I have never smoked and raised holy hell. Been staying here for years, several times a year. ..never a problem. Not sure if this is a scam via the management team, or whatever. Never returned phone calls, etc. Got a full refund in one week. Pretty sure will never stay here again. A very unsettling situation. Liked this hotel before this. I wonder if the folks smoking weed there at every stay will get charged as well. Very shady.

Bathroom shower was dirty, looks like it wasn’t scrubbed in weeks. I informed the front desk guy and there was no solution. All of the ceilings were messed up especially in the pool area. Pool water was clean but pool area was dirty and no towels readily accessible by your chair.

It was very clean and staff were very nice. Location was amazing and close to alot of things.

I didn’t know my card would be charged another $25 for a fee once checked out. That would have been nice to know before hand. Other than that, everything was perfect.
