We liked the spacious lay out and the overall design.

The mess on the beach - not the fault of the hotel who tried hard to clean up.

The location of the resort and options for food is unbeatable; Spice Restaurant and Kelong Seafood are the best u can get and are easily accessible via the free internal shuttle. The staff are also very nice and go out of their way to please the guests and make them feel at home.

Few things can be made better, especially the in-room facilities: the television is outdated with limited international options to watch, probably good to upgrade to Smart Televisions. The washroom can be better equipped perhaps with rain showers and improved hot water systems, the geyser seemed a bit of hit or miss with the water alternating between hot and cold automatically. Though understand that the property is quite old, so maybe a good idea to upgrade some of these facilities to make the in-room experience better. Apart from that, the resort itself and the facilities are top class, couldn’t ask for more.

The staff were friendly & the prime beachfront location was good. My son chose this resort because of the numerous activities it offers, especially the clubhouse with pool & pingpong which we spent most time at. My kids loved the iguanas & I loved the wonderful view of the beach & constant breeze from my suite’s balcony.

The property is very dated & in need of a major overhaul to draw more guests. Compared to the newer hotels, the pool looks old & the facilities look tired. The rooms also are very dark & dated. Much of the decor looks it needs major refreshment. There is lot of wasted space in the resort. The tiles used not only look dated but are slippery. My husband & daughter both slipped & fell walking to the room & it wasn’t that the tiles were wet. The room tiles also felt like there was a “film” over it & didn’t feel very clean when walking barefoot. The beach was quite dirty during our stay maybe due to some recent oil spills & sadly we couldn’t spend any time at all in the sea.

The place is wonderful and the staff are very welcoming, always ready to help.

We were at the mercy of the resort's ferry, which is more expensive and doesn't have many departure times. I had to miss my Sunday because there were no more departures in the afternoon.

This resort offers a wonderful and relaxing getaway experience. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and always with a warm smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making the stay pleasant. The swimming pool is indeed beautiful with a poolbar concept. Due to moonsoon, the tide was quite strong but still, the beach bay was beautiful, and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was a decent one but personally prefer if the indo-mee section could have a dry mee option, as mixing the fresh salad veggie, coconut chicken meat, sausage, and sunny up egg, will be an almost perfect meal. Do also try out their Burger n Pizza too. For the kelong seafood, expect to see eagle dives gracefully to catch its prey on the surface of the water, and also be accompanied by Doulus Phos. A truly harmony of flavor and nature. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy.
