"スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかった。"

快適でものすごく過ごしやすかったです。0歳の子どもがいて、チェックアウト後に授乳がしたかったのですが、聞くと空いている部屋を貸していただき、流石の対応だなと感度しました。素晴らしかったです^ ^

员工服务很满意，住宿环境和设施都很健全。值得一提的是牙刷居然比Aman还要软，非常好评

希望酒店的女员工可以更换无高跟的鞋子，看到门口迎宾的女士高跟鞋非常辛苦。

"Luxurious and accommodating base for our time in Kyoto"

Our visit was timed to catch the fall colors and it was spectacular! The Hyatt Regency Kyoto was a luxurious base for our time in Kyoto. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and the quality of the food program was excellent.

The Room is really nice, staff is friendly and really accomodating. They even help sending a left-behind item to another city.

Bar could be better, I love hotel bars that pays a lot of attention in quality and details for classic menu.

"過去最低。16万➕税金他2万それが安いと思われる方お金を捨てたい方のみ超オススメです。"

朝ご飯が普通に美味しかったです。 あといくら改装しても古いですよ。

2025.12.に1504スイートに宿泊しました。 名物の檜風呂に入り12時くらいにバスロブ脱いでパジャマに着替えて寝ようとしたら、全ての引き出しとクローゼット見ましたが無い笑 で家内がフロントに電話しても繋がらず一般回線で20分電話したらようやく訛りのある女性が応対。更に連絡がなくまた連絡したら30分後にようやく浴衣とパジャマが別々の紙袋に入ってお詫び。 しかし翌日チェックアウトの際も何のお詫びもない。 また改装により全体に淡いベージュだった館内内装も汚れが目立たない濃い茶。 もう二度とまいりません。
