Great experience overall, the location is very convenient, the customer service made feel like a returning customer even though it was my first time been there, big than you to Front Receptionist the one and only Lesly she made the check in very easy and explained me all the blows whistles the stay has to offer. Breakfast bar has all you need to start your day, very clean and need. Sincerely, thank you for your service.

The staff was super nice and very welcoming. Also the kitchen staff for breakfast was absolutely amazing they were so very nice to my kids and they loved talking to them we will be coming back for sure because of them

We loved absolutely everything so nothing negative to talk about or complain about it was absolutely amazing.

I love the location the place is nice the staff is great the breakfast is okay but it dropped the ball on the one thing I wanted

I literally looked for days and you can see I canceled circus circus for this place. I wanted a spa tub for my girlfriend. She doesn't have an actual tub at her house and I wanted an amazing evening for her. That was why I chose this place. When she got in the tub the spa tub shot air hair of other people that stuck to her body and it would not hold water so she couldn't use the spa Jets a grocery store out and wrecked the whole night wasting the whole 200 bucks

Beds were comfortable

Their website advertised a hot tub, (pretty much why I booked this hotel) and there was none they still advertised this

It was fairly new and clean

The staff. The AC/heat unit was not working properly - it kept shutting off. Said they would send someone to look at. No one came. Called back and they said they would look into it. Waiting over an hour for a call back. They said they would have to move us to another room. It was a bigger room but AT NO TIME did they say they it would be an upcharge to us. When we checked out I asked for a receipt but was told it would come from Booking.com. They charged us $60 more and when I called to ask about it, they said it was because of the hold at first, then said it was the taxes and it was something I had to deal with Booking.com about. When booking.com called, they were told three different things before they admitted it was an extra charge because we requested a room upgrade. That was a lie - we just wanted our ac unit fixed or a room that it worked in. We should never have been charged extra because they could not fix the unit in our room and had to move us. Or we should have been given the choice if they were going to charge us more. Terrible customer service.
