Nice clean hotel. Easy 15-20 minute drive in to St Louis. Good restaurants and shopping close by.

The hotel stunk, was nothing but weed smelling, hotel staff was rude, the weed was so bad we could not breath in our room. The room also had animal hair all over the couch. Bathroom felt gross. We cancelled 2 out of the 3 nights and left after one night. They offered to refund the 2 nights but then turned around and charged me again instead. It’s been a battle to get it refunded even now! My card still shows a double charge by this hotel! It’s been 5 days and still not correct.

I can’t say there was anything I liked! I stayed here, probably about six or seven years ago, and the place was in a lot better shape than it is now. The customer service was absolutely horrible, the photo showed a Jacuzzi in the room, which there was not, the rooms slept six people, there wasn’t enough towels, asked housekeeping for more towels they acted as though they didn’t wanna give us anymore. We needed blankets for the sofa beds, they were short on blankets, we reserved two suites. To sum it all up there were bed bugs, so I bought home a bunch of red marks on my body, so again it was absolutely horrible.

First room was 80 degrees. Ended up requesting to be moved rooms. Second room’s beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in. The toilet literally moved when you sat down (not the toilet lid.. the whole toilet) and when we showered, there was at least 4 inches of standing water in the shower. Thankful for the kind staff though! I had prepaid for two nights and after the first night did NOT want to stay again. I asked for a refund for the second night and the lady at the front desk granted my request (very thankful for that).

It was clean, they were able to accomodate 6 people. It was just an overnight stay to get some sleep. Quick check in, easy check out and fairly quiet.

It was an ok stay. The only issues we had were the A/C unit in the rooms would only cool the room to 75 degrees and then it would kick off until the night time. Then it never kicked off and got the room down to 67 degrees. And the pool was cloudy with to much chlorine and there was hair floating around the water

The room was easy to reserve online. The online rate was better than the rate offered by the front desk. The A/C in our initial room did not work; therefore, we were given a new room. The receptionist didn't have a problem assigning us a new room. After settling into the room, we headed to the pool with the kids. The pool water appeared dirty and cloudy, and we decided not to let the kids swim. Instead, we visited the local recreation center so the kids could swim. I will not revisit this establishment. The breakfast was decent, however, we decided to do fast food instead.

Friendly staff. However, this hotel is in poor condition. Our room needed several repairs (cracked sink, cracked tile & grout in bathroom, flickering lights, poor lighting in the room, etc) The elevator & hallways smelled of weed/marijuana. Hot Breakfast items were cold.

The location was exactly as listed. The staff who greeted me at check in was pleasant but the other two the next day were rude and short with us.

Dirty everywhere walls dirty and crumbly paint missing all.over. the room and flooring were so old and stained. The couch was unsittable. So dirty and worn. The walls dirty old broken picture frames and mirrors all curtain ripped on sides wholes in wall.. The bathroom.had a cracked sink and rust in the shower. I took photos. We could not eat because of the fear of being sick since everything was so dirty floors and even already spots of toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. The pool was closed and I specifically chose this local over others with outdoor pools nearby b3cuadr it was raining and we needed to swim. I have pain and issues needed that heated pool they advertised. I asked staff she said has been down for over a year being repaired. I was falsely brought into this room and was frustrated that you didn't have them at a lower star level. I got a 2.2 and was expecting 6.4 advertised on the booking site. Please express that i would like a refund I already used the travel insurance to submit a claim as well. We literally drove around for 2 hrs finding a special light just to check the bed before we slept. We were told owed $0 UT they took $100 for incidents and so we could not afford to book anywhere new. We called the hotel about 20 times over our 6 hrs drive and never an answer or way to ask them anything.
