Room was dusty. The mattress was old and sagged really bad: head was below feet when lying down. Room was too hot at night, thermostat didn’t go lower than 68. Vent in bedroom fell and hit my husband in the head! No possible interaction with staff does not create a welcoming environment. Ceiling tiles in bathroom have water stains and are sagging down. No hot water for showers. Drawers were dirty with bugs and dust.

The location was top tier.

Good location. Cozy little room for a couple. Mattress on bed was comfy, but metal headboard squeaks with every movement.

There was No dining table. No bathroom vanity space. TV channels very grainy.Bed was very squeeky.

Good location for visiting Gatlinburg, just off the beaten path and near trolly service.

The property was clean. We didn’t have any issues. The only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture and bed. If all the furniture been updated, it would’ve got five stars.

there was only one person on duty when we arrived the stove oven was dirty bottom drawer.no sheets for the pull out bed on couch .had to get sheets from the lady at the place no one even answered phones i would not recommend this place to any one .

We ended up moving to this location mid way through our trip, because our mountain top location was making people sick to drive up to! We wanted something spacious, and convenient to finish our trip, and this was perfect. Easy check in, very nice room, well organized, and nice information binder in the room to provide you with all key info. Staff let us park our car early on before checking in. The location is so perfect to downtown Gatlinburg, so we were able to walk to many different places. Many great food options nearby... and, wow Bennetts BBQ is AMAZING!
