Love the location of this property. Close to the main strip and plenty around to walk to and enjoy. Also off the beaten path just enough to be away from the crowds. We stayed in 205 and it’s in need of a MAJOR update. The sleeping arrangements were terrible. Old dirty furniture. Dated, dirty bathrooms with exposed plumbing and showers that don’t drain. This place has huge potential.

"Disappointing, other Oak Square units have been much nicer"

Shower, water pressure was great.

No spoons of any kind! I needed a spoon for medicine. Only knives and forks. LR lamp broken/unusable. No batteries in TV remote. Fridge looked new but doors faced wall. (Reverse doors-an easy fix)

"Excellent"

Location is very good. In the middle of everything in Gatlinburg downtown. We didn't have any problems staying there. It was pleasant.

"Can't beat the location but unit is very dated."

Location is great, just one block away from shops & great restaurants and Smoky Mountain National Forest.

The condo is very dated so could use everything updated, furniture, curtains, shower curtain, towels, bathrooms fixtures, mattress.
