NYX Hotel Ibiza - Adults Only

Amazing hotel! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday trip location. Great area, beautiful facilities, food is awesome, they even have a candy bar! Staff is so kind, even brought us a bottle of champagne for free for my birthday. Thank you NYX Ibiza, we will definitely be back!

Loved everything about it. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms were great. Loved the food, especially breakfast and food truck at lunchtime. Cocktails and drinks were really good and very well priced. Hotel overall just had a really nice vibe, guests were of all ages. Free sweets and retro arcade game machines were a really nice touch too. Would definitely book again.

Sadly not a 4* hotel for me. Great staff and in part lovely decor but this wasn’t the standard I’d hoped for. No visible management on hand but we did meet the GM. Self service Take your luggage to and from your room Collect your own iron Service All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. From the reception team to the cleaning team to the bar staff. Lots to mention but thank you to Paulo, Memin, Pedro, Monika & Elena. Food The breakfast buffet was plentiful - everything you could want from fresh fruit to yoghurts to cereals and pastries. In addition a full selection of hot food. The buffet in the evening was not the standard we hoped. Hot food was plentiful and lots of options but often dry and bland. It was our choice to book half board but wouldn’t do it again. Food truck The food was great and not too expensive We tried the salads, pizza, chicken strips and the hot dog - all great Rooms Rooms are fine in size and we are glad we had a sea view room. The air con worked well. On the balcony is one egg chair and one less comfy chair. Would have be nice to have two. Beds comfy but the bedding provided was a duvet without a cover and the pillows were poor. The fridge is great for keeping water and additional drinks in. Only one complimentary bottle of water per stay. Bathroom was a good size but no amenities such as robes, towels, vanity kits, shower caps. Good towels. Water station in reception but can only be used with the cups available - not for guests to fill water bottles Additional costs €10 deposit per beach towel €20 deposit for iron and ironing board Both returned on departure Ice bucket €5 with ice Cocktails €14 Location Next to O Beach club so do expect noise from the club if your room is that side Supermarkets Les than 1 min walk away. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and on the balcony level

Property smells good. Staffing not so polite

This property was ok. When we got there the themes were very cute. We loved the quirky-ness of it. But as we were there I noticed little things. Staff were very dismissive, not helpful and sometimes rude. My biggest issue is I asked the front desk about parking they said they don’t have parking themselves but to park in street and the parking lot to the side of the building. We parked in the lot. With check in they gave us info about property and hours of places throughout. Well, a day and a half later, we went to check out and our car was completely gone out of the lot. I went to talk to the staff about it. They said the city towed it. I didn’t understand why and they said “ we had signs all around our hotel saying that there was an event and there was no parking. I told them I was not told this information when I checked in. Not everyone reads every sign all around the hotel that are posted but the sign also didn’t say anything about already parked cars. Just “ no parking” it also didn’t say anything about getting towed. If this was something they knew about they should have mentioned it at check in.. or at least when I asked about parking, say something. The hotel and manager were very rude. The front desk people kept rolling their eyes at me and the manager said it wasn’t their responsibility to tell me. This hotel just seemed very off. There are so many other great hotels nearby that I HIGHLY suggest you stay at.

Great hotel great music by the pool

1. Finde ich es sehr fragwürdig warum man Zimmer ohne Balkon anbietet an einem offensichtlichten STRANDHOTEL. Naja wir konnten das Zimmer dann wechseln. 2. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist eine reine Katastrophe. Schon als wir das aller erste Mal das Zimmer betreten haben, waren da 1000 Haare von den anderen vor uns. Musste erst mal den Boden selben nachwischen. Katastrophe. Die Bettwäsche sollte ja man eigentlich auch nach 3-4 Tagen wechseln, wurde auch nicht. Der Spiegel hatte 100 Flecken. Wirklich Zimmerreinigung könnte man sich eigentlich sparen, da sich eh nichts ändert. Das Hotel allgemein an sich ist schön, ästhetisch und sauber. 3. Ist es für mich auch fragwürdig wenn man als Strandhotel an einem Badeurlaubspot Badetücher nur mit Depot rausgibt und dann kann man die Tücher nur 2x pro Woche wechseln? Okay? macht keinen Sinn 4. Das Essen war ok. Würde nicht mehr Halbpension nehmen.
