NYX Hotel Ibiza - Adults Only

Property was really nice and convenient for accessing the beach, San Antonio centre and the major clubs via taxi. The food was plentiful and the kitchen staff were lovely, the food didn’t agree with us sometimes though and made us a little ill on some days. I would definitely stay again, the rooms and pool area were lovely.

Not once ounce of ‘comfort’ in our stay whatsoever. Before arriving, I had emailed the hotel to request that my friends and I be placed near each other, as we were travelling together and this was a special birthday trip. This request was ignored completely — we were put on complete different floors of the hotel, which made meeting up inconvenient and frustrating and both ourselves and our friends were places in 2 of the only ‘comfort rooms’ with no balcony’s - something you expect when abroad in a sea front hotel. This was very disappointing for a hotel in Ibiza where outdoor space is part of the experience. After being told to come back each morning to see if we could swap rooms we were denied every-time as the hotel was ‘over booked’ and turning people away who had paid to stay (even though we saw empty rooms that we could’ve swapped to) - again never saw this in any hotel before, poor organisation on the hotels part. On top of that, the customer service was awful. Paola the guest relations woman I dealt with was unhelpful and dismissive when I politely raised these issues along with the reception staff. It felt like our concerns didn’t matter to them at all. After staying in NYX hotels before, I couldn’t believe the standard of service we received and having tiny rooms with no balcony ruined our trip. Unforgettable for the wrong reasons. I left feeling frustrated, let down and hugely disappointed after spending so long looking forward to it. There are plenty of hotels in Ibiza that value their guests — sadly, this wasn’t one of them.

We were very impressed with the NYX Hotel in Ibiza. The location was excellent with a great view of the sunset. The food was very good and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was really a surprise. Clean, large rooms with a terrace by the sea that was each sunset a miracle of colours and lights. Foods ia alai excellent staff was really kind and helpful. I surely will come back again to Nyx hotel. come

O hotel é maravilhoso, muita estrutura tanto café da amanhã como o jantar é ótimo. O único ponto fraco foi a cama, era duas camas de solteiro juntadas, e como éramos um casal ficava um vão na cama que deixou ela bem desconfortável. Mas tirando isso e hotel é excelente.

Amazing location, spotless hotel, great food, amazing quirky decor, they had thought of everything. DJ at the pool all day too. Friendly and attentive staff. 5*

I was there for 3 nights as I was DJing so we didn’t stay at the hotel much, the area is great , shops across the road , local food eateries nearby , right on the beach , although the pool area is pretty great the beds are taken up very quickly and no one monitors this. The hotel itself is very clean, beds are comfy and rooms although a little small are for for purpose. The hotel is quirky and colourful , drinks are reasonably priced in the bars , sadly no lunch options but they have a food truck that sells fast food options . We went for half board and we were on a schedule but I probably wouldn’t choose this again , the buffet was ok .
