"Amazing!"

NYX Hotel San Antonio exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, right by the coast with incredible sunset views, yet close enough to all the nightlife Ibiza is famous for. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and full of personality. Rooms are spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, truly top-tier service. Tania and Elena were amazing! The pool area, DJ sets, and sunset vibes create the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. Great breakfast, amazing cocktails, and an atmosphere that feels both cool and relaxed. A perfect choice for couples or friends looking for a memorable Ibiza escape. Can’t wait to come back!

Rude staff. Stupid rules. Disgusting lifts. I don’t even know where to begin. There seems to have be a new rule made up and enforced upon me every time I was minding my business on the premises. If you are going to expect money from people, be willing to accept card machines in all circumstances. Equally, if you are going to tell people not to eat by the pool, make that rule clear and enforced at all times, not when you pick and choose to be an ar**hole.

Great hotel, quirky decor. Fabulous location for watching the sunset and set on the beach. There is a wide selection to choose from the breakfast buffet, both hot and cold choices. The club sandwich from the food truck was delicious too! Bar staff were accommodating and friendly. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend. The only tiny downside was that the WiFi was very weak in some areas of the hotel but that didn’t really impact our overall experience.
