NYX Hotel Ibiza - Adults Only

The main selling point of the hotel is of course the location, right in front of the sunset and away from the more noisy parts of the strip. Bus stop right next to it to take you easily to the airport. The only caveat I had was that we booked the deluxe room but got a superior one which should have been mentioned at check in. Otherwise lovely hotel and staff who did their utmost to make our anniversary a memorable one.

Booked double rooms for two and paid for two. Daughters wedding so we stayed in another hotel for one night on the eve of the wedding. Following day they would not allow us in the hotel, staff rude and threatening. Tried to explain that we were staying and had paid for double rooms in the hotel but would not listen as we did not check in with them and did not have wristbands !!!!

We have just had 11 days at the hotel. It was a lovely hotel the room was lovely and had a good view over the sea which gave us some fantastic sunsets. The whole hotel was always lovely and clean. The whole staff were very friendly. The only thing we would have appreciated more lights in the room as when it was dark, the lights around the bed headboard did not give enough light in the rest of the room. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Fantastic stay. Super location. Such friendly staff. Very clean. And a nice chilled vibe. Very funky place. Also thanks a million for the cava and chocolates for our 50th birthdays. See you next year……………………………………………………………………………………….

Hotel with a great vibe, really clean, fabulous location with absolutely stunning views of the bay & if you are lucky enough to have a room where you get to see the most incredible sunsets, if not there’s a great bar in the hotel where you can have cocktails on the terrace watching the sunset, perfect. Really good selection at breakfast. Lovely staff, great music, amazing candy bar.

This was our first dip of the toe of the Ibiza experience, and we weren't left disappointed. Being slightly beyond the midlife crisis age, we are a little late to the party, so to speak. Our initial impression of the hotel was formed online, but was pleasantly surprised when arriving at the hotel. The check in and arrivals process was smooth, and we were soon off in the lift to our room. We were on the fifth floor with a room on the northfacing side of the hotel. So, to put you in the picture....the north side of the hotel faces over the bay and overlooks the main strip of Sant Antoni. The West and South facing rooms have a better View of the spectacular sunsets. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our room had a reasonably sized fridge, great for those beers, waters, snacks and aftersun lotions. We had a L'OR pod coffee machine in the room, which was replenished daily by the cleaning staff. Only little niggle we had with the room, was the bed. The mattress is comfy and the pillows are fine, it's the 2 beds pushed together and single quilts which some might prefer, but we didnt. There is a huge variety of food on offer at breakfast, the serving staff are efficient at clearing the plates and stocking the food when it runs low. The pool opens at 10.00hrs...but God it's cold. Overall, a great child free hotel, situated near Ocean Beach, providing stunning sunset views and pleasant service all round.
