It was frustrated. No fresh air at all. Smog cigarette everywhere in the building

The staff was very road the room wasn’t that I booked

Not friendly staff, room outdated, no TV working, terrible wifi

Great location, friendly staff, OK breakfast. Very dated decor, half of the lights in the room didn't work, no air-con (but the fan was provided in the room).

Not worth the price, advertised as Parking available, and you have to pay $15 a day in addition to your stay charges. No basics like (ie. complimentary coffee, iron in the room, no fridge). Hotel is rather old and lacks the comforts.

This location was in fairly significant disrepair (carpet worn, door locking system was loose). Walls definitely paper thin...neighbors voices easily heard, romantic interlude distinctly audible. My military mission was adjusted and the hotel management absolutely refused to adjust my check out (despite local tourist event that easily would have backfilled my cancelled room).

Nearly an hour to check in which is not what you want after a full day of work and 5 hours of driving. Receptionist has clearly been told not to miss a phone call much to the detriment of the queue of actual paying customers waiting to check in! Rooms are dated, stained carpets, mouldy bathroom tiles. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Only drawback you have to walk up a half a flight of stairs to all rooms Elevator is very small and can carry one person and luggage

Good location and good sized rooms. The rooms need a basic renovation. OK for a couple of nights.

A great location only minutes front the underground and 1 stop from the main station. friendly staff and clean rooms... what more could you ask for
