Gute Zimmergrösse, Wasser und Kaffee im Zimmer, modische Möbel. Nähe zum Zentrum und Strassenbahn vor der Haustüre

Die Lage ist halt an einer grossen befahrenen Strasse mit Strassenbahn. Mit Ohrstöpsel kein Problem. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit, aber in Umgebung viele kleine Cafes.
