"Rip off thieves. Don’t trust them"

Booked and confirmed, then on the day of arrival they cancelled last minute saying it was overbooked. I checked on hotel.com and booking . Com both had availability but at a higher cost. This resulted in me doubling my cost as I had to rebook on the day. Just ripping people off. Don’t trust them

The location is amazing, the palace square is not that far away and easily walkable.

The parking lot was weird. It wasn’t in or part of the building nor was it obvious it was the hotel’s parking lot. It was in an alley way that was a block over.
