Staff was very friendly and professional

Room was very dirty. Both carpet and bathroom. The grass areas were full of dog poop and there was no where to walk without stepping in it. There were dog stations with bags to pick up poop and understand some people don’t pick up their messes but the hotel should clean itnup or pay to have some clean it up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to a couple of places to eat. This was awesome being my truck was in the shop.

Hotel is going through renovations or remodel. Key card was not working. They reset cards and change rooms 6 time before we could open a door. Up and down elevator it was kinda annoying when you pay $140 per night for a room. Thought room should have be cheaper because of that and room 117 was dated and smelled like wet dog in bathroom. I’m sure after renovation is done it should be worth $140 a night but as of now I would find a different hotel till hotel is done.

Advertisement in booking said hot tub and pool. Both were closed. Very disappointed 😔

I do not like cigarette/cigar smoke. I don't own, but I do love dogs. I don't want my hotel room to smell like either of these. First room smelled like a kennel after the dogs had all gone swimming. The front desk staff offered us a second room that had the 'ozone'/cleaner smell - that smell wore off and then it just smelled like smoke. The hotel does not appear to have been updated/renovated in some time based on the appearance of the common areas, carpets, and furniture.
