Freundlicher und guter Empfang an der Rezeption. Service an der Bar, im Restaurant und Zimmerservice haben viel Luft nach oben. Der Saunabereich ist in allen Belangen eines 5-Sterne-Hauses nicht würdig. Schaut Euch doch mal die tollen Spa-Bereiche in dem ein oder anderen Hotel in der Schweiz an. Da kann man was lernen. Vor allem architektonisch.

Einfach ein perfektes Hotel, um für win paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Zentrum von Karlsbad ist hedoch eunfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Service im Hotel ist einfach hervorragend.
