Fairfield Inn Sacramento Cal Expo

The location is what attracts me to this place.

The shower wasn’t draining properly. We ended up standing in water while showering. The shower head didn’t work properly. It seemed like the showerhead was clogged. While checking in,the attendant couldn’t find our reservation and after some time,she passed it on to another employee. They offered breakfast. Unfortunately the food that was supposed to to be hot were cold.

Clean and comfortable. Easy check in, only $10 for parking and breakfast is included .

The thermostat didn't work, and the a/c would not stop. It was very cold in the room.

Under construction, staff was so confused. Ask about late check out . Staff said no . I called Marriott and they told me because of my Marriott Silver status I could get late check out if available. Breakfast was a mess. Had to walk across parking lot then it was late then it was back at hotel then it was late .

Not a good stay.

New remodel but the remodel is bad. Weird white lighting, hard floors means noise from all over. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Would likely go to another location.

Nice place, nice location. Very comfortable bed. But a couple of things. The electric car charges were all broken. Hard cold floors for our dog to sleep on. And the cork screw I borrowed should be replaced.

Room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very helpful. They are remodeling the entrance and breakfast area so the morning buffet was in the adjacent hotel. Don’t know if it was just because it was a borrow kitchen but the food was not up to par.

Very clean and comfortable stay, staff was friendly and welcoming.Great location, easy check-in, and the breakfast was fresh and convenient. Rooms were tidy, beds comfortable, and overall a smooth stay.Perfect for a quick trip, everything was simple and stress-free.
