La qualité et le choix de la nourriture ! L’aménagement des extérieurs et la proximité avec la plage Le service propreté impeccable. Snack très fourni avec beaucoup de choix. Rarement vu cela dans d’autres hôtels !

Les machines (chocolat chaud le matin) toujours en panne ! Très peu de choix au niveau des glaces et pas très bonnes. Les activités adultes peu emballantes. J’ai trouvé que les animateurs (en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels) n’étaient pas des plus dynamiques.

The view from the bedroom was spectacular, and everywhere was very clean.

The facilities and infrastructure was old. The room was very small for a family of three. The lift made questionable noises, the en-suite room was very worn out. The worst thing about this hotel is that you didn’t feel like you were in an all-inclusive resort. You had to go and get your own hot and cold drinks at breakfast and dinner, no staff came and took your order when by the pool, it was all self serve. If you wanted to change your pool/beach towels you had to pay 2 euro per towel for each change! I thought that was insane as you literally go to this hotel for their beach and pool facilities.
