"Wij komen hier niet meer terug, geen 4 sterren waard!"

Afwisseling van eten in het restaurant is goed. Uitgebreid buffet bij alle drie de maaltijden.

Bij aankomst in het hotel al het eerste probleem: niet de kamer gekregen die we geboekt hadden waardoor we met 3 personen op een kleine 2 persoons kamer hebben geslapen. De kamer was niet schoon. Haren in het doucheputje en tegels missen in de douche. De kamer werd schoongemaakt maar alles werd maar bijgevuld voor 2 personen terwijl we met 3 personen waren. Bedden zijn zacht en doorgelegen. Het dakterras op de eerste verdieping is ronduit vies. Vloer is smerig, bedden zijn vies en de prullenbakken overvol. Deze zijn 8 dagen lang niet leeggemaakt, terwijl we dit aangegeven hebben bij de receptie. Vloer bij het zwembad is ook niet schoon. Eten in het restaurant is lauw. Daarnaast staan er geen bordjes bij wat het eten is. Onvriendelijk personeel, vooral bij de receptie. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard!

Boa localização, calma para famílias, comida variada e saborosa. Piscina infantil que faz as delícias das crianças.

Ficamos numa suíte e tivemos de deixar um bilhete para o chão ser varrido, pois ia acumulando areia e não era o chão. Mas acederam prontamente.

La ubicación y la entrada del hotel.

Casi todo. La habitación las paredes manchadas, edredón con un chicle pegado, la terraza con unas vistas…la piscina pequeña con pocas tumbonas, cama pequeña, hacía mucho frío (pedimos DOS nórdicos por personas y aún así hacía frío), nos dijeron q era un hotel de verano y q solo salía aire acondicionado, pero fuimos en mayo y justo llovió y hacía frío. No volveremos, relación calidad precio hay muchos mejores en Ibiza. Las fotos no hacían justicia

Ficamos numa suíte e o chão não era limpo, ao fim de 3 dias tive de pedir para limparem o chão mas acederam prontamente.
