Amazing

Although very few groups occupied this hotel, the hotel services were absolutely 100% (primarily food, pool, billiard etc. Clean public spaces, very modernly equipped. Big advantage was the 24h reception for late night check-in. The only negative I found was the room. I mean very poorly soundproofed windows and walls between the rooms and the street (we had room in 1st floor) and absence of blankets. Only thing similar to blankets was a dirty duvet in the closet. I know that for better room you have to pay. It’s same as for TV, Wi-Fi and AC there but that isn’t important - where is it different? In conclusion, I must appreciate the hotel staff, who were always available and willing.

Worst experience in my life. Hotel from last century very old room facilities. Had to TV remote stinky air-con and no soundproof rooms make. Tried to sleep with earplugs but it doesn't work at all so couldn't do that. Day before my check out reported that have no more shower gel in my bedroom reported that in reception and Unpleasant lady said that can have it tomorrow when domestic come what was unacceptable and disrespectful for me. Food very untasty during breakfast scrambled eggs had green colour. It's not definitely 3 stars hotel it's not even 1. Will avoid everyone to pay bit more and book hotel somewhere else

Worst hotel in my life very old stinky and no soundproof rooms so forget about quiet night. Staff don't care if u have shower gel In the bathroom " u can have a shower tomorrow when domestic come" absolutely shocking

The hotel was in a good location. The clients were a little bit loud. A/C did not work well at night.

The hotel was overall goo , however couple of things that may need to think for the future. The wifi is not free and nowadays in every single place you might have a free wifi. Taking in your account that you are in a beach area the swimming pool is just open until 18:30 we believe that it is too early. Breakfast was ok there wasn’t too many options but good.

The hotel overall was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a cleaner every morning who respected your space. Food was average, limited but was okay and you can eat as much as you want, do need to pay for drinks though which we were surprised at. At night, particularly around 8-11pm the outside of the hotel was noisy from the nearby bars. There was a couple occasions of me waking up during middle of night from drunken people coming into hotel. Beds are quite hard and firm, me and my partner prefer softer ones however it’s ones personal preference. Pool closed at 6:30pm which we thought was quite early since we would be out all day then come back to go in pool but it was closing. Would come back again; price is decent and the location is fantastic. 30 mins bus ride from Palma and 15 mins from airport.

Stayed from 19th May-23rd. Didn't pay much and was only room only. POSITIVES. Great base, used the local bus no:25 2€ per person to Pastilla or Parma Town. Nice restaurants around the area, pool is clean and large, food decent, room cleaned daily. Staff pleasant and friendly. Well run hotel NEGATIVES. if you are in the road side or close by, you will get hardly any sleep. The sliding door is that thin,we might as well of slept on the street. Arenal is predominantly 80% young German men who are very loud and always drunk and smoking. Shouting outside the hotel until 4am coming from the hotel rooms/ kebab shops/ pizza shops in the same street. Spanish workers and students making up the other %. Bins often over flowing, vehicles blasting up and down the street all night. I appreciate we were in the cheap seats but 3 stars for this hotel mustn't take into consideration the noise outside as it can be horrendous. If you are booking a cheap holiday to Arenal and haven't been before, do your research, we found we'd rather be spending a holiday around drunken Germans than Brits as they're not aggressive but I wouldn't do it again. Only stayed here due to its location to the airport

My wife and I stayed for a week13th May to 20th May , modern style hotel , food OK, nice selectof Spanish food , Bar downstairs like a morgue nobody using it , big problem with language as its mainly German speaking guests stay here and staff have little or no English , room was fine cleaned very often by lovely friendly cleaners , we ran into a problem as I left my phone at home and the my wife's phone locked , she needed to phone home for her pin number and asked at reception if they could make a call for harwich she was willing to pay for, receptionist asked her boss who said No, we were gobsmacked ,tried 2 more times same results , only for a lovely girl who worked in the bar called Maria she was most helpful and helped us out with her phone , must say it was shocking treatment from magement, , lots of noise from the streets outside starts about 2 am till 5 am , overall good value for money ,
