Dusit Thani Pattaya

Well what can I say, another amazing stay at the Dusit. Looking forward to going back in November, The staff are amazing, from Thomas, Apple, lynne and Poh always making sure everything is ok, and if they could do anything for us. The boys at the Chaba pool are so helpful and friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Good location and splendidly luxurious. Breakfast is fabulous in fantastic setting overlooking.

Absolutely nothing. We were just relieved when we could finally check out and leave this property. There is nothing positive to say about a hotel that treats its paying guests this way.

The entire property is completely outdated and severely run-down. It is obvious that the management refuses to invest even a single cent into maintenance, choosing instead to just milk the property dry. The grout in the bathroom was covered in mold, and the electrical outlets were dead. The absolute peak of this disastrous stay was a deliberate scam attempt during our checkout: they tried to extort 1,100 THB for a "damaged", old pillowcase because my partner’s wet hair left a washable, water-soluble dye stain on it. She had to sleep with wet hair because the bathroom outlet was dead and housekeeping ignored our requests for towels. When I tried to resolve this, the situation completely escalated. I had to go to the reception twice (at 10:15 PM and 1:30 AM). The receptionist was incredibly arrogant and actually accused me of lying about the broken outlet. The manager showed zero empathy, refused to listen to basic logic, and didn't even try to wash the pillowcase before claiming it was ruined. Nobody cared about the root causes or our ruined evening; they were solely interested in aggressively extracting more money from us. Avoid this place at all costs.

จองห้องพรีเมี่ยมวิวทะเล เตียงคู่ 2 ห้องแบบติดกัน แต่ได้ห้องดีลักษ์เตียงเดี่ยว เราขอเปลี่ยนเพราะไม่ตรงกับที่จองมา รร.เปลี่ยนให้แต่ได้เตียงคู่แค่ห้องเดียวอ้างว่าห้องเต็ม!🙄 ห้องเก่า ทำความสะอาดแบบเว้นมีบางส่วนที่ยังสกปรก หมอนนุ่มแบนเหมือนไม่ได้หนุน ปวดคอหลับไม่ดี แอร์เย็นช้ามากๆ ทางเดินกลิ่นไม่ดี เข้าลิฟคือซ้อมตาย..เหม็นอับ! แขกเยอะมีหลายเชื้อชาติ โดยเฉพาะอินเดียเยอะมาก!

The room was very good with a balcony overlooking the garden. There are a couple of good pools and a private beach. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area. The grounds are large and a really special place to relax and avoid the crowds in Pattaya. There are secure doors on the side near the pool which will let you out without going all the way around to the front entrance. Use your room card to get back in.
