I liked that it was my birthday and they made the room special and the cake was a nice touch

I feel that the bathroom was on the small size

The outdoors were beautiful. The pool the premises. Food was okay.

The rooms, were totally outdated, they really need a refurbish.

Close to the beach, the mall, has a nice view, clean establishment and nice staff

The rug seemed a little dirty and stained

Location is good in a quiet area but a short walk to the busier parts on the TikTok taxicab route

The room interiors are very out dated with no electricity next to bed. We changed rooms to an updated one but it was pretty poor as well. We also asked if we could switch to a beach facing room they said yes but the charge was very excessive and extra 2000+ baht per night. We were disappointed in this as hotel was empty and very quiet as market slow due to war and low Asian attendance. We were booked for 9 nights and they did not seem very keen to up the experience for people who had bothered to book with them. Plus what they were supplying was quite outdated. Says it’s 5 star but it’s a 4 star at best Each evening we had little geckos/lizards running around the room wall Breakfast is good/ ok but again not a 5 star breakfast Next time will stay at one of the modern 5 stars we saw nearby. We looked in a couple to compare and they were far superior. On service we ordered lunches at the pool one day only us and 3 other people at the pool. They brought the food. 2.5 hours later when we left the plates were still there although we moved them to the table next door. Just really poor attitude in general. Stay at lots of hotels and rarely do reviews but both Dusit’s on our trip were disappointing. We had heard good things etc and good reviews but don’t think we will use this brand again

Furnishings are quite outdated, and there was a noticeable odor from the carpet along with drainage smells coming from the bathroom. The staff were kind and genuinely tried to assist by offering a room change; however, even after switching rooms, many issues related to cleanliness and maintenance remained unresolved. Moreover, the housekeeping attention to detail was lacking, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep need improvement. Some thorough updates and greater attention to detail would really elevate the experience.
