Hôtel dusit thani 1...pas de petites serviettes pour les mains 2...pas de patère pour suspendre les serviettes 3...le wifi se déconnecte a tout bout de champ 4...les prises de courant sont avec des jeux...loose contact 5...au petit déjeuner, il n'y a pas tous les jours des pains au chocolat ni des mangues 6...aucune chine française à la télévision ! 7...la télévision est très peu large pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ET la qualité de l'image est déplorable !

Smile on staff's face all the time. Although, some of them failed to assist when the door card is not working and I lost to find some place inside Especially, the lady staff at the Dusit gormet was kind and great providing the service. Big thanks
It is old hotel even well managed tho Also it is located in Pattaya city and right infront of the beach. Music and people noise are there all the time You might feel slightly pricy all around about their service & accommodation itself.

Overall a pleasant stay. Location is good and sound proofing ok as close to a busy area and main road. Staff relatively pleasant. We booked a suite as it was a very special occasion. The room was very worn and we did not expect that. The carpet is threadbare and furniture very tired and outdated. Also a musty smell. For the cost of staying here this is very unacceptable! Amenities like pool etc are good. Close to a small beach area which we enjoyed. Breakfast is good, however we are not really breakfast people so only enjoyed once .. Overall ok, however would not return ..
