Dusit Thani Pattaya

Epic location and awesome amenities. Firstly staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Every issue was dealt with very quickly. Service is off the charts. Breakfast was amazing but even above that the poolside bar. We never felt any need to leave the hotel but even when we did the mall and restaurants were just around the corner. We stayed during Songkran and even though the rest of the city was buzzing the hotel was a little peaceful haven. My props to the room service who always were very respectful of our do not disturb signs and still somehow the room was pristine all the time.

Water pressure in the shower was on the lower side.

Awesome hotel and pool

1) great location, convenient location 2) good atmosphere, beautiful ground 3) room outdated. bathroom shower curtain too small for the length of the bathtub, and shower head not adjustable to be angled slightly downward. Asa result, water from shower head splashes against the wall and spills out to the bathroom floor 4) club lounge food selections were a bit limited and some dishe (ie crab sandwich) was not restocked 5) service overall friendly and fast

Ein gut gelegenes Strandhotel am nördlichen Ende der Beachroad. Große Peak-Club Zimmer in oberster Zimmeretage mit sehr großem Badezimmer und Balkon. Frühstück für Bucher dieser Kategorie in einem separaten Frühstücksraum in oberster Etage mit fantastischem Meerblick. Personal und Service herausragend.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The common areas and public spaces are kept updated and clean, but the rooms are not the same. The rooms are old, with stained carpets and old dirty furniture. They need to remodel and update all of their rooms. House-keeping doesn't even provide enough towels when they clean the room. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast buffet was food. I was very disappointed and would never go back.
