La comida aceptable, el hotel muy simple, la piscina climatizada estaba fría, para ser familiar un columpio y un tobogán. En resume para no repetir

Hotel agradable! Personal muy amable y atento. La limpieza de la habitación muy buena. La comida tal vez un poco básica pero sufiente. Lo mejor el todo incluido, muy amplio y buen horario.

En general todo muy bien. La comida muy buena y variada. Los desayunos exquisitos. Los apartementos están bien aunque eche a faltar secador de pelo y poco espacio para moverse donde estan las camas,no cabe ni una mesita de noche. Y sobre todo no hay enchufes en toda la habitación para cargar móviles ni nada,tenias que ir al salón o al baño a cargar y sólo habia uno en cada sitio. Las camas grandes y cómodas. No funcionaba la calefacción central pero teniamos un calfactor portatil asi que bien,no pasamos frio. Hay una neverita que va muy bien para tener algun refresco. Él entorno precioso y puedes ir caminando por el paseo hasta la zona de tiendas y bares. También puedes ir en la furgoneta que pone el hotel para trasladarte desde alli a la zona de playa y tiendas y viceversa. Teniamos habitación con vistas a la piscina y nos dieron una que daba a la calle,pero no nos quejamos porque tampoco le dimos más importancia. Ya estuvimos el año pasado a finales de mayo y estaba todo mas animado todo. Este año estaba muchas tiendas y bares cerrados al ir en marzo pero lo hemos pasado bien igualmente.

having stayed at many other hotels in Cala Bona, I can honestly say that this hotel was the most enjoyable, the animation team played a large part in this, they had a knack of bonding people together & by the end of our duration we had made so many new friends.

Lovely hotel staff very helpful always smiling rooms cleaned everyday hotel very clean the food was some of the best I've had whilst on holiday would definitely go back the only suggestion I would make is they really need some comfy chairs or settees in the main bar area

Hotel was clean and facilities excellent, only stayed a few days for a short break and would recommend on that basis. Pool large with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast had plenty of choice from cereals, fruit, yoghurts through to hot cooked breakfast and cold meats and baked goods. We were B & B only. Short walk to the Cala Bona Harbour area which has lots of restaurants and shops. Free hotel bus shuttle to Cala Millor during the week, local buses available outside hotel.

Lovely breakfast great for the money Spacious rooms and in a good location within walking distance of the marina, bars food places etc. Only downside the towels provided were dirty

This is one of the best hotels we have used. The apartment was extremely comfortable. The food was excellent- there was a great selection at every meal and there was no need to take the same food unless you wanted to. Particularly welcome was the buffet set up in the dining room when we arrived around midnight. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very quiet yet only a short walk from the coast.

Have nothing except positive comments about the hotel and it's staff. It does what it should do very well, much better than you would expect. Great choice of food served by a very friendly chef. All hotel staff were friendly and informative, they went out of their way to help you. Special moments- they had a staff presentation and a family celebration day. Daughter's first holiday abroad and she didn;t want to come home!
