Fantastic location and all the staff were excellent. Always helpful and friendly. The room was maintained spotlessly and was comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices and of course the view was fantastic. Next time I would definitely book a larger room as I found it a bit awkward with 2 suitcases, but that was my choice when making my booking. Being so close to the ferry made it easy to navigate to other areas around Lake Como. Easy with luggage as well. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and it would be definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Excellent location and ease of drop off right next to the hotel

L'emplacement est parfait sur la place centrale. Le gérant est très sympathique et prévenant. Les autres membres du personnel sont également tres souriants et sympathiques. Le lit était bien confortable et la salle de bains grande. Le restaurant de l'hôtel Arturo était très bien. La nourriture était bonne et les prix raisonnables. La vue de la salle du petitdéjeuner est top.

Dommage nous n'avons pas pu accéder au spa car il était limité à 6 personnes et déjà occupé. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant Gioya car il était privatisé. La chambre était sombre et donnait sur la salle de restaurant de l'hôtel voisin. Petit probleme de pression d'eau (augmente et diminue régulièrement).

This is a nice small lakefront hotel although the location in front of the ferry ticket office can make the area very crowded. The hotel is a 3 star hotel so if you are looking for a fancier hotel look elsewhere. The rooms were clean and the staff were professional. The rooftop bar is a plus as is the outdoor restaurant.

Excellent hotel. Wishes we could have stayed longer.
