Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground). Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Price for changing a pool towel: The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure. "Estancia maravillosa"

El apartamento era enorme, con cocina, terraza grandísima con vistas a la piscina de estilo balinés, ducha y jacuzzi en el baño y cama comodísima. Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal amable y servicial. Lugar para relajarse y descansar, cerca del mar. Las instalaciones espectaculares.

Somos clientes de otros años. Buena ubicación, parking gratuito, instalaciones comunes limpias, amplias, bonitas y buenas vistas. Apartamento y habitaciones en general bien, salvo una incidencia importante reseñable.

El apartamento tenía un olor muy fuerte en todo el mobiliario, principalmente en cocina y habitaciones. Posiblemente por productos de higiene o fumigación, e mal olor era tan molesto que nos cambiaron de apartamento.

"Estancia tranquila y de descanso"

Es bastante tranquilo. El personal es muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

La comida que ofrecen debería mejorar. Sería más práctico que el socorrista repartiera toallas y no tener que ir hasta recepción. Está un poco alejado.
