Regency Country Club, Apartments Suites

Wspaniałały hotel, na żywo robi jeszcze lepsze wrażenie! Położony na uboczu pozwala się zrelaksować od gwarnego i zatłoczonego Los Critianos i Costa Adeje - tego nam było trzeba. Przepiękny widok z pokoju (oczywiście zależy od apartamentu), widać morze i piękne zachody słońca i jest przestrzeń - nie otoczony innymi budynkami. Basen super, choć nie był za bardzo podgrzewany, ale jest duży i w miesiące letnie na pewno jest satysfakcjonujący. Apartament bardzo fajny, przestronny, może trochę już ma swoje lata, ale był czysty i wystarczający. W naszym apartamencie mieliśmy akurat wannę z hydromasażem, co pozwalało zrelaksować się po wyczerpującym dniu zwiedzania. Przybory w kuchni wystarczające, na górze taras z leżakami. Budynki wyglądają ładnie i cały kompleks tworzy zachwycającą całość. Personel recepcji - wspaniały! Zostaliśmy miło przywitani, dostaliśmy wszystkie wskazówki, również odnośnie zwiedzania, bardzo dziękujemy. Taka obsługa powinna być w każdym hotelu! Bardzo polecam!

Śniadania dosyć monotonne i nie za duży wybór, więc w ciągu tygodnia może się znudzić, ale dla nas były wystarczające. Strefa jacuzzi przy basenie niestety chyba też niepodgrzewana.

Beautiful resort, full of asian-style decoration. Pool area is especially stunning. Small statues wherever you look in the whole resort. The amount of statues and other oriental style decoration is really incredible. Room was spacious, had a hydromassage-bathtub and a big terrace with sun beds. It also had some nice asian decoration elements. Staff was friendly.

Small details. Must have been a 5* place some decades ago, but it has been run down since. The bathtub was in a miserable state, had limescale, missing parts, cover falling off (see photo). Wifi did not work at all. Due to the bad weather there wasn’t mobile internet either from time to time, so I couldn’t work. One of the lifts broken. No central heating during unexpected cold weather. They did provide a small radiator, but it wasn’t nearly enough for such a big apartment. In contrast to some other reviews, both pools were cold (including the jacuzzi). We couldn’t use the jacuzzi, because it was cold outside. There is a scale for measuring luggage, but they charge money for it. There was no food at dinner (kitchen staff sick), only frozen pizza, more expensive than the pizza that your order from a take-away place. No food at all during lunchtime. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special, not worth the 15€ pp.

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view from the terrace, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were so lovely and welcoming! My friends and I stayed for the weekend just to disconnect and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and we are overall so happy with our stay and we will definitely be coming back again!!

Nothing at all

We liked the hotel, although it's clear it's seen better days. Everything is clean and beautiful, lots of greenery, good breakfast (but every day is the same)

The hotel is old and hasn't been renovated for a long time, also you'll need a car to get around

La habitación necesita una renovación. La bañera no es cómoda para entrar y salir y no hay plato de ducha, la cortina se caía, los armarios anticuados....
