Friendly guys but the bedsheets need to be replaced

The staff is very good, but the general condition of the hotel is very bad. I have a problem with my flight and they canceled it. They got half the stay again. The charge is $ 100 dollars or an additional $ 4,200 pesos. badly affected by the humminidad.La key of the shower was broken and never repaired.the breakfast is basically third quality coffee, water sablorizada and hard breads.Also one in the condition of the air has a problem by the noise of a unit the the noise was severe that did not let sleep. What made my patience worse was having to go three times to the lobby to ask for towels. The towels are not left in the room but you have to ask them to the llbby

The bed sheets has blood stints and no trash bin in the room. We had bed bug bites during our stay with this hotel. We will not come back to this hotel again.

We arrived early after an over night flight and they allowed us to leave our bags behind the desk while we went walking and grabbed an early lunch. When we returned they had a room ready for us - this was perhaps 1 pm so still very early for check in. The concierge desk helped us make a reservation for dinner and was very helpful. The breakfast room was clean and there was LOTS to choose from - full breakfast available, not just pastry and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable and even though the room faced the largest Blvd in the world, it was still fairly quiet. We would have stayed here again but we did find another hotel about a kilometer away that was quieter and cheaper.

We were going to stay here for 6 nights. However, we arrived after 8 pm (20.00hrs) off a late flight into BA. The clerk at reception was very abrupt and wouldn't let us check-in. We explained that we had informed the hotel (via Booking.com) that we were going to have a late check-in. Despite this, he wouldn't accept to booking and then suddenly "couldn't speak English". We went elsewhere and got a great hotel for half the price. Argentina Tango Hotel YOU LOOSE!

Hotels.com should not have this hotel on their website. I booked 2 doublerooms. They were described as guaranteed booked. We arrived after check in and they were not ready and we were asked if we minded single beds. We had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned. Described as with balcony views of the city and good quality bedding. One room had a small window so high you could not see out of it and the other a view of a half constructed car park. The bedding was a sheet and cover, stained in both rooms and the night was cold. They were meant to have blackout curtains. The room with the large window had only nets. No privacy when the light was on! The other room had a curtain hanging of the rail. The stairs were filthy and dark and the lift was noisy and small. Totally mugged off, the hotel description is a lie.

Hello, I would like to inform you about my experience in Tango Hotel Buenos Aires. My husband and I went there for a long weekend (October 2018), we reserved with plenty of time before going. So I will try to to be as much as objective as I can Location: excellent location. Really close to Obelisco on “9 de Julio” street, so that is close to many restaurants, night attractions, bus and subway stops. Reception: really poor, we were changed of room 3 times in less than 10 minutes. When we fist arrive we left our baggage on a locker room until the afternoon so cleaning service would be able to prepare our room. But after we come back, the room was not still ready. The administration did not even knew which room was available for us. Cleaning: unforgettable!!!!!. Sheets had cigarette burns marcs, Towels were stained whit …what I believed… was make up. And the last day while we were checking not to forget any personal objet on the room, we found out some underwear on the top of the stove that were not ours.!! (It had been there all the 3 days that we where housed ….so I am quit suspicious how good the room was cleaned) Breakfast: Not much variety, and if you do not go very early on time, its run out of practically EVERYTHING! Other room services: hair dryer did never work, there was not remote control for tv and air conditioner, we needed to claim for shampoo supply each day (repos each day on the room were not provided). The bed were two small bed joined together but not quit firm. So, if you move sleeping the beds tend to separated leaving a kind of hole in the middle CONCLUSION: the only good was the location, and kind of the price. But for a few difference there were others hotel nearby that we had been located before that were much better. Definitely We won’t back there.

From the 2nd to the 8th of September I stayed with my niece in the Argentina Tango hotel which was booked via my travel agent. The staff (all men) at the reception desk were not very talkative but helpful when asked. Breakfast buffet offers all the goodiess necessary to start the day. The room we stayed in was in the sixth floor was nice & spacious except for the degraded status of the lower part of the bathroom door. That hardly affected our stay. Best of all, the location of the hotel is excellent in terms of access to all kinds of public transportation, restaurants, exchange (Gambio), small travel agencies, etc).

Very disappointed for everything

This hotel was super convenient and well located for me as I prefer to stay in microcentro. That being said, hotel was only good for me since I got a really good non refundable rate. I'm not fussy but I would point out that the bathroom was clean, but dated; the bed was comfortable, but the bedspread had hotels; the elevator malfunctioned on several occasions, but fortunately there are 2 of them; and did see three roaches which I can deal with. The breakfast consisted of just pastries, bread and coffee.... I might stay at this hotel on my next trip.
