It's not a good one that hotel don't even have a internet no WiFi verry bird

Bad hotel nothing but cocaroaches at night time and mosquitoes and night time. The room does not even look close to what it looks like on the picture no wonder why the price was so cheap to book a 2 nights there. I guess you pay for what you get even though it's not right that they would post false pictures to make the rooms look like what they aren't totally being dishonest with customers.

The service is wonderful. Would like to go back again.

The "king bed" is a two-bed-union. Bathroom door didn't closed all the way. Found a long hair in the clean sheets. Good staff disposition for an early check-in and giving me a room. Breakfast (not what you see in pictures)

The hotel is okay. It isn't great and it isn't awfull, it is just okay. If you are intending on spending all of your time at the hotel, do not stay there. But if you are planning on going back to the hotel just to take a bath and sleep, shower is great (with hot water and plenty of space - sometimes you have to fight to get a towel, though) and beds are comfortable, with clean sheets. Take your own toilet paper if you can! Breakfast lacks creativity. Infrastructure is really really poor, it lacks investiment...things that could be fixed easily (courtains, floors etc)! The guys at the reception are terrible at their jobs, seems like their unhappy and sometimes they are really rude. The girls working at the kitchen and cleaning the rooms are polite and do their jobs well. I recomend it specially because of its location, could get to know almost everything on foot or taking public transportation near the hotel. Do not spend your money on taxis, spend it on food and tourism!

Good location. Door locks did not work the entire stay (4 days).

Room had plaster falling off the wall. The air conditioner did not work so had to have window open as it was 36degreesC and there was a large conditioning unit about 20 metres from the room (so either too hot or too noisy). The shower rail kept falling down. Only one reception staff took the trouble to converse, the others either ignored a problem or walked away. The housekeeping staff were good. The breakfast staff lady was excellent. Not much choice for breakfast and mostly refined wheat products. Not a 3 star hotel, would be lucky to rate a 1 star

Hotels.com really needs to do a better job at screening the hotels it lists. This room was presumably 50% off. No doubt, it could never be worth the regular price. Door key never worked during 3 days, but master key did. Promises of getting it fixed were empty. No controls for TV or AC. Promises to find an extra control were empty. "Some young guys stayed here and tool all controls" was the answer. Only half the lights in the room worked. Holes and water marks on walls/windows. Same ragged bath towel for 3 days. Superficial bathroom cleaning (tested it!). Supposedly I was upgraded from a general room to a superior room! Took pictures! Interesting set of extra fees for early shows and late departures.

I find a cockroach one day and other day i was left without towels.

Please do not stay at this hotel no matter what. The room i stayed in was not very clean. The shower curtains were disgusting. There were insects and cockroaches in the bathroom. The hotel staff was not pleasant nor very helpful. The location is decent because it is in the city center, but at night the neighborhood is sketchy. The curtains were dirty and full of holes. Stay somewhere else that is clean and safe, even if it costs a little bit more somewhere else. Stay away from this hotel!!
