"Overall hotel experience"

Fantastic experience everything went so smoothly from Checkout. Stayed in the apartment suites and was very clean and lots of space in the room. Staff was very helpful. Manager Santiago was extremely welcoming and lovely to speak with would definitely recommend this hotel and look out for Santiago. The food selection was really versatile and delicious. The views of this hotel is incredible donโ€™t have anything negative to say about it definitely worth your money. The location was easy to get to you can get the bus A11 straight from airport to here.

Fantastic experience at the Leonardo Hotel. Santiago has been the most amazing manager and always treated everyone with respect. I have had great conversations with him and he was very friendly.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Location was fab: directly onto the promenade for Palma Nova and its beach, restaurants etc. Hotel was clean, staff always polite and friendly. Special mention to Yolande and Francisco in the pool bar for their lovely manner and friendly helpfulness. Definitely recommend.

Bel emplacement, accรจs plage et piscine facile , activitรฉs variรฉes, le personnel souriant et accueillant, bรฉmol sur la propretรฉ j ai trouvรฉ un cafard dans la chambre je m attendais ร  ce qu on me change la chambre mais hรฉlas , la chambre 224 qu on m a accordรฉ trop de bruit impossible de faire une grรขce matinรฉe, et on a fait l excursion ร  100 euro le dernier bus qu on a pris รฉtait une ferraille presque pas de climatisation et inconfortable
