Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca

We enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca. The room was clean and we had amazing views from the balcony. The staff were friendly, with a special shoutout to Cristian from reception and Nastia from animation — they are the best! However, the food was disappointing and could definitely be better. The drinks at the bar were also not great: many cocktails are pre-made, and simple drinks are mixed with cheaper alcohol. Better alcohol, such as Jack Daniel’s or Hennessy, and proper freshly mixed cocktails cost extra, which was unpleasant. Guests are also not allowed to drink their own alcohol on the terrace. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the food and drinks could be improved.

Très belle vue depuis l’hôtel et le salon-bar.

la restauration est à revoir : peu de variété, desserts très limités et salades peu appétissantes. On entendait tout ce qui se passait chez les voisins, surtout le soir et la nuit. De plus, le passage du personnel de ménage dès 7 h du matin était assez bruyant, ce qui était particulièrement difficile avec un bébé.

The cleaning staff were amazing ! Every day without fail they came to my room to change the towels and clean , very very good workers

The food selection was poor . The cereal choice not great . No butter at the dinner or breakfast . Irish ahh uk people love butter with bread, we noticed at 10:30 am sharp they switched off the tea making machine . While people still in the restaurant.The food seemed cheap almost . The decor was outdated in the restaurant. This is the only area that we felt let down the hotel

Beautiful hotel. Prime location right in front of beach, lovely pool, great buffet with a huge choice, we ended up upgrading to have lunch as well as we thought it was great! friendly and attentive staff- they always made an effort to speak and offer their assistance!
