Caloura Hotel Resort

Hotel bol vynikajúci po každej stránke. Na raňajkách síce nebol veľký výber, ale jedlá boli pripravené naozaj veľmi chutne a na každé raňajky som sa tešil. Chcem vyzdvihnúť najmä personál recepcie, ktorý bol neuveriteľne milý a nápomocný, po niekoľkonásobnom preložení nášho letu promptne reagovali na našu prosbu o ubytovanie a napriek nedostupnosti izieb nám pomohli a my sme vďaka tomu mohli toto nečakané predĺženie dovolenky prežiť v komforte. Všetci boli priateľskí a milí. Komunikácia bola na skvelej úrovni, takisto ochota a celkovo dojem. Keby môžem dám im hodnotenie 11/10.

Jedinú vec, ktorú by som možno zmenil, je širší výber jedál na raňajkách, ale to by bol len bonus. Aktuálna ponuka je postačujúca na to, aby sa každý dobre a chutne najedol.

We absolutely loved our stay and are really happy we chose this hotel. The room comes with pool towels, bathrobes, and coffee and tea. The rooms also offer beautiful sea views. The breakfast is excellent – everything is fresh, and the staff continuously clears the tables and refills everything. Everything was perfectly clean. There is also the option to order dinner to your room at very good prices. We truly enjoyed our stay – it’s clear the hotel is well taken care of, everything smells nice and feels fresh. We will definitely come back. On the last day, we had fresh fruit in our room along with a thank-you note 💙

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views! The staff were always very polite and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good, especially considering it was included in our rate. There is also filtered water available by the front desk to fill bottles, which is really nice. The pool seemed nice, but it was too cold in May so we didn't swim in it. The grounds are truly immaculate and you really can't beat the views.

We expected our room to have a double bed, but it was actually 2 twin beds pushed together. They weren't connected in any way and had their own sets of bedding. Not ideal for a married couple. The rooms do not have AC or heat year round. They have to switch the entire hotel to heat in the winter and AC in the summer. We went in May and they hadn't yet changed the system to AC. During the day, when we were in the room, we could keep our balcony door open to let in cool air, but didn't want to do that at night for security reasons, especially on the first floor. So it was a little too warm in our room at night. The shower in our bathroom was outdated (a tub with a curtain). Future hotel updates would benefit from walk in showers with a glass doors. The hotel has 1 buffet restaurant and 2 bars (with some food available to order), but only 1 bar is open in the summer and the other in the winter, so it really only ever has 1 bar. The food was good at the bar, but the wine and liquor selection was limited. We never tried the buffet for dinner. Lastly, for other guests to be aware, this hotel is secluded. That's why it's so beautiful, but you can't really walk anywhere if you want more food or drink options. Just be aware that you have to drive for more than what the hotel offers.

The staff was particularly helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing view from our room. Our room was really comfortable. The pool was lovely...a it chilly when we were there, but we still swam.

I wish there had been a hot tub available for guests.

Mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht . Ook vanuit alle kanten van het hotel prachtige uitzichten. Mooi (koud) zwembad. Ruime goede parkeerplaatsen vlak voor en van het hotel.

Bed was behoorlijk zacht , hadden een tweepersoonsbed geboekt maar er waren geen tweepersoonsbedden kamers meer . Wel een topper gekregen bij na vraag aan de receptie. Ondanks de topper nog steeds erg zacht. Tot 22;00 uur prima eten/snacks bij de bar . Buffet in restaurant vonden we erg tegenvallen . Een stuk beter kan je eten bij A Casa do Abel in het dorpje verderop.Diverse zwembad ligbedden waren kapot.

Le seul défaut est peut être la salle de bain qui n'est pas au niveau du standing de l'hôtel, mais qui est vite gommé par tout le reste qui est fantastique.

Přesto že je hotel starší není to vůbec poznat. Sauna, posilovna, venkovní bazén, nádherná zahrada, překrásný výhled na oceán, velké pokoje.

Postel sice veliká ale má toho za sebou spoustu. Matrace fakt proleželá bylo to jako spát v Hamace 😂
