Very family oriented - staff was nice and helpful. Parking can be a walk, but otherwise everything was great! Bring your own bedding or ask for more upon check in since there are on comforters on beds - only sheets and a blanket on kid's beds.

Timbers table and kitchen is the best restaurant if you have hungry kids/teens that love to ask for multiple meals. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The waterpark has a lot of ride options and pools but not overcrowded, it was great.

Such a beautiful and lovely resort for kids and parents. The water park was very clean and had amazing lifeguards everywhere. Activities were great for all especially the dance parties. Wish it had better food options. But overall great place for kids. We will be back!

The elevators were congested & slow getting to the main floor to your room floor. The map quest had people all in the way trying to get to your room. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool area was fun, the kids had a great time. We didn't try any of the dining, the prices were insane. I will not be staying there again.

Elevators were insufficient for number of guests Pools hours should be 8 am to 10 pm Buffet prices are too high But the children loved it Bathtub didn’t fill for bath I did enjoy my time nonetheless
