Our stay at Great Wolf was amazing! We absolutely loved it! And the reviews about unwelcome critters were completely false. There were no signs of any such thing in either of the two rooms we stayed in. The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are impeccably clean, the staff is super courteous, and the mountains and other scenery are truly breathtaking!!

Overall stay was amazing and fun. I personally would recommend great wolf for children ages from 2 years to 12 years old that age range is excellent for great wolf lounge.

The place is very beautiful and is located in an impressive area, large and wide, an excellent water park but very busy, many rescue teams, which added to the feeling of security, the lines at reception are long, there is no separation between hotel guests who are already staying and those who have just arrived, everyone has to stand in the same line, the automatic check-in did not work.

It was a very nice experience the dining options were surprisingly good the babies loved the indoor water park and stores indoors. My only concern was that the elevator was broken and only one worked and it was a mess to be able to go in everyone was crowded trying to get in first it was ridiculous.
