SOL by Meliá Nessebar Bay All Inclusive

I liked and appreciated how clean the room was and how nice the lady on the fifth floor was. Also, the view was a great compliment considering that we did not reserve sea view this time. I liked the food in most of it part, considering the volume, I would say, great job in the kitchen. View, nature, and the initial idea of the place. Fun places for kids and great cultural events. Nice guys at the lobby bar. The animators and staff in the fun/aqua park area are amazing!!!

Not having an actual private beach, as being said. Only terraces. Missleading combination of information between the three hotels from the branch/chain. Not having supervision only some notes and letting people "fight" for a spot by the pool due to some folks practice to reserve with towels. Poor management here! Not being able to use the completely free branch space at the beach, being left only for Palace guests, even at the end of the season, when it is quite empty. The attitude of the so-called life guard is making it even worse. I would advise some flexibility in direction service here. And again, save the misleading photos and information in Booking. Same for the stuff by the pool, and it's definitely awful at the restaurant of Sol Mare. The ladies from the service speaking ugly things in the bulgarian language in the direction of foreign tourists were quite ugly.

Mâncarea este foarte bună, este curățenie, este un hotel ok, seara parte de distracție. Este foarte potrivit pentru familii cu copii.

Am rezervat o camera cu vedere la mare și ne-au dat una cu vedere la piscina. Marea se putea vedea din lateral. Ideea este ca la descriere nu era trecut *sea side view*, era sea view. Și bineînțeles prețul pentru o camera cu vedere la mare. Am făcut sesizare dar schimbarea camerei nu s putut fi făcută, hotelul era full. Atenție, pe plaja hotelului nu sunt șezlonguri, partea cu șezlonguri este sus, amenajata de ei. Dacă te duci pe plaja la șezlongurile hotelului, nu ai voie sunt doar pentru alt hotel, care face parte tot din același concern.

Saltele confortabile, m-am putut odihni, în ciuda faptului ca erau foarte multe familii cu copilași.

כל המלון היה מעולה , קיבלנו חדר מהמם ואבל היה ריח של ביוב מהשירותים השניים שאי אפשר לשנות כת זה. זה היה הדבר היחיד שבנופש הזה היה לא בסדר. הכל היה מעולהה. ושאין חוף עם מיטות.החוף עם המיטות שייך לפאלאס בלבד..
