Los toboganes son geniales. El buffet era variado con alternativas para todos los gustos. El personal del comedor es muy eficiente. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared.

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

Resortul este unul bine gandit, cu multe piscine, tobogane, frumos, mare..multe activitati pentru cei mari si cei mici. Varietate de legume, salate(daca iti plac salatele lor), fructe si prajituri(unele chiar bune)

Din pacate odata cu inchiderea piscinelor la ora 19.00 s a terminat si cu activitatile gratuite, absolut totul este contra cost, masinute, jocurile din sali, toate foarte tentante, mai ales pentru copii, dar plata se face doar in leva, nu poti sa le pui in contul camerei. Curatenia lasa mult de dorit, am gasit frigiderul plin de stropi de mancare, prosop murdar la baie, cocoloase de praf pe tablia de la pat, dispozitivele de igiena de la baie(pt hartie igienica, sapun,etc) cu praf pe ele si lipicioase, oglinda cu stropi de la dus de la cei care au stat inaintea noastra, la masutele pentru copii ti se lipeau degetele de ele.. am chemat pe cineva sa o stearga, a invartit laveta si a ramas murdaria la colturi. Par in mancare am vazut de mai multe ori, iti crantanea nisipul intre dinti cand mancai salata. Camerele cam de 3 stele. Am plecat si nu a venit nimeni sa curete frigiderul. Foarte multe legume, salate, dar fel principal cam acelasi..nu ramaneai nemancat dar nici f variat. Supele pline de concentrat, chiar si unele varietati de carne aveau gust de concentrat. Personalul, cel putin de la receptie, parea deranjat ca am semnalat prosopul murdar si frigiderul, ne au raspuns "in 2 peri". Nu prea amabil, in general! Pacat de investitie!

The hotel is located in a very good location.Close to nice beaches, to the old town, to the aquapark... We received two rooms connected by a door (family room) which was a very good solution for us The staff was great, the food was very good (especially if you are not vegeterian), the place is very clean and well maintended. There are taxis working with the hotel with fixed rates per location.

The resort is great if you have young kids. There are almost no vegeterian food options during the day between the main meals (even the pizza was with meet) Altought according to booking.com comments it seems that no metter which hotel you reserve (bay, mare or palace) you are allowed to use all the facilities...this is not the case...each pool has signs saying that the facility is for a a specific hotel The hotel private beach is good only if you are in the palace hotel...otherwise...you are not getting anything there and also the sea shore is small and not so attractive... You are allowed to order once a week dinner in one of two restaurants located in the resort. I couldn't order anything during our week stay since it was full...

Except family hotel

My only very small issue would be that you cannot get any alcohol other than beer down at the beach (although it isn’t a very far walk up to the other bars)

Приветливый персонал. Хорошие развлечения. Разнообразное меню, блюда на любой вкус. Для детей мороженое и снеки без перерыва. Веселые аниматоры на водной аэробике.
