"Our stay was ok. Beds were comfy. Not much else to say."

Location was good. Close to the falls. One girl at reception (Miriam) helped us right away when we complained about our room beds. She automatically and quickly changed our room to make us more comfortable

Breakfast was mediocre. Had to walk from outside to go to reception to have our breakfast. Hallways were extremely hot.

El hotel está cerca del centro de atención al turista. No tiene vista a las cataratas, a 150 mts está el funicular para bajar a verlas

El hotel tiene muchos años, pero todo funciona. Nada de lujo, bastante austero

The bad smell in the hallways. The sliding windows has no secure lock. There was a lock but kids can easily turn them. We were in the 7th floor so it was scary for me.
